Each of our customers has distinct needs based on their products’ shape, size, weight, packaging, malleability, perishability, etc: We have customized solutions.
All aspects play into which warehouse racking style and design we suggest to our clients.
For example, items with expiration dates often need to be organized with a FIFO function in mind (first in, first out). Others have no expiration or move their products in and out quickly; with that in mind, we may consider a FILO system for that client (first in, last out).
We also must consider the gauge of steel and footplate style based on a pallet’s average and maximum weight, and the Seismic Compliance guidelines for the area, etc.

As many of our clients are re-occurring, moving, or adding to their existing warehouse space, this process is a bit different. We will need to gather information on the pallet racking styles you are currently working with, and hear what you feel could be improved. This is important as some racking mechanically pairs with others, and some do not.
Either way, we will make you aware of your best options to make sure you are confident about your next move.
